You ship your defective board to us and we diagnose, repair, test and return the mainboard to you. It is the responsibility of the customer to match their boards part number to the part number identified below;

Currently this repair service addresses the following issues:
Shows Sony/Android logo then restarts. Cycling ON and OFF (Boot Loop)
Dead/No standby light
If the shipped board is NFF (No fault found), a $25+tax bench test fee will be charged.
Please note: Due to the nature of some faults, Netflix and Prime apps may not work post-repair. The best way around this would be to use a Firestick, Roku stick or Google Chromecast device.
